I went to ATI's website to download, and found that the drivers is not yet available - q1 2010.

I can confirm a good support of 64 bit W7 / WMC with AverMedia. I use AverTV Super 007 (DVB-T) card, which has been properly detected and drivers have been installed by the system itself.
