Most representatives sell the products by simply passing out the Avon brochures each campaign (two-week sales period) and collecting the orders and/or by promoting their web stores, which Avon makes easy by providing a library full of great ads to post on our social media sites, like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram!
Some representatives choose to host live parties or online parties to grow their business further, but this is a personal choice. With Avon, YOU are the boss! Question #4 – My life is so busy, between my full-time job and my family responsibilities. I barely have any spare time. Can I still be successful at Avon? Answer: Absolutely! Avon is set up to be incredibly flexible, so it can work for just about any schedule.
With Avon, YOU are the boss. YOU decide how much time you devote to Avon, YOU decide when, and YOU decide how. Many representatives blend building their Avon businesses into their normal day to day activities. For example, they might bring some brochures in their work place or to pass out when they drop a child off at sports practice.
Question #5 – Is there some sales quota that I need to meet each month? Answer: Nope! Sell as much or as little as you like! There are no minimum sales quotas. You can even skip up to six consecutive campaigns (about 3 months) and still maintain an active account. Obviously, the more you sell, the more you’ll earn.
But that part is up to YOU! Avon leaves it flexible for each representative to work their business as it works for them! Question #6 – Do people still buy Avon? Answer: You’d better believe it! Avon has been around for 130 years for a reason! They provide great products that people know and love.
Not only does Avon offer the cosmetics, fragrances, and skin care items that many people are familiar with, but Avon also offers items for the home (including name brand items from Mikasa, Cuisinart, Lenox, and more!), beautiful jewelry, flattering clothing, shoes, items for children, and MORE! Avon offers items that everyone uses, like shampoo, body wash, bubble bath, and lotions, so everyone you know could be a potential customer! Answer: Prepaid Visas are available in many locations. You can load the card with your desired amount and use it to sign up online.

Answer: Yes, you can really make money with Avon!! In fact, Avon has set up a program for new representatives, called “Kickstart”, which is designed to help you start earning at a high earnings level, right from the start, as you grow your business!! With Kickstart, you can earn 40% on your first order of ANY SIZE at all! Then, you can continue earning 40% for the next six campaigns after that, by reaching gradually increasing sales goals, as you grow your business!
Representatives who want to earn even more money, often choose to invite others to Avon and mentor them to success. Avon offers very generous bonuses when representatives grow their team and help their team members to be successful, including cash bonuses for each successful new team member, recurring bonuses on team sales, promotion bonuses (up to $20,000), mentoring bonuses (up to $10,000), and even an annual trip for the highest levels. Question #9 – Will I have help? Answer: Yes, when you sign up, you will be assigned an upline mentor. (If you use the reference code of another Avon representative, they will become your upline mentor.) Your upline will be available to answer all of your questions along the way and provide you with tips and encouragement, as you build your business. Avon offers incentives at any given point for sales & leadership to help motivate & encourage representatives to build & grow their business starting with Avon Kickstart Program. What is Avon Kickstart Program? The Avon Kickstart program is an incentive for new representatives in their first 7 campaigns (14 weeks).
It is built to help new representatives to grow their business at a steady pace so at the end they will have a solid foundation with their customer base as well as in. How Avon Kickstart Program Works? There are 3 components to the Avon Kickstart incentive- Sales Component, Recruiting Component & Kickstart Performance Bonus. Each component has goals to meet in order to receive it’s individual bonus earnings.
Sales Component The sales component with Avon Kickstart is created to help a new representative to steadily grow their customer base & campaigns sales so by the 7th campaign, he/she will be on the road to reaching by their 7th campaign. Recruiting Component The recruiting component is all about sharing the opportunity so by the 7th campaign, the new representative will have the minimum requirements established to start receiving checks at the Bronze Ambassador Level. Kickstart Performance Bonus The Kickstart Performance Bonus is a motivational bonus & a way to reward the new representative that completes the sales & recruiting component as recommended. How to Complete Kickstart Sales Component With the Kickstart program, each time a new representative meets their sales goal, he/she will receive 40% earnings on ALL SALES. When I say ALL SALES that includes brochure orders, online orders & fixed items. How to Qualify for 40% Earnings With your 1st campaign, you will automatically receive 40% earnings on any total order size.
For your 2nd-7th campaigns: CAMPAIGN # SALES GOAL # OF CUSTOMERS TOTAL EARNINGS 2 $150 5-6 $60 3 $200 6-8 $80 4 $250 8-10 $100 5 $300 10-12 $120 6 $350 12-14 $140 7 $400 14-16 $160 As you can see, each campaign you want to grow your business by $50 in sales. By adding 2-3 more customers placing $20-$25 orders each campaign, this is very a manageable number that is very plausible as you are starting your business.
TIP: Not every customer will order each campaign. Honestly, most customers won’t order every campaign. So getting into the routine of gaining new customers each campaign when you are a new representative will end up making it easier for you in the long run. Determining Order Total In order to determine if you have met your sales goal, it is important to know how your order total is determined. Avon determines your order total by adding submitted orders (a.k.a. ), online sales & Avon Sales Center purchases.
The totals used do not include the taxes or any fees like Shipping & Handling. Basically they total up all your orders you have for any given campaign- It’s that simple! What You Earn if You Do Not Meet Kickstart Sales Goal If for some reason you do not meet your campaign sales goal, you will still earn money based on your order total.
However, earnings will be based on the regular earnings chart: Keep in mind, if you do meet a sales goal for any given campaign, you are still able to earn the 40% earnings in the next campaign as long as you meet your sales goal. This is not a all or nothing incentive. The only thing missing a sales goal will effect regarding the Kickstart incentive is the performance bonus. See below for more details.
