Well im kinda bored and my school doesnt have a library(long story ask if you dare) and i was wondering if you guys could recommending me a good book(s). And personally, I read I am Legend and I wasn't too impressed. Some parts of the novel are incredibly slow imo. There are good sections of it, but I was dissapointed when I finally read it under the impressions from others it was the next messiah. I had to literally slug through it mainly because I wanted to know how different it would be from the film. So i'd recommend, Along came a Spider by James Patterson if you like thrillers. Basically a detective on the trail of a serial killer, but not everything is as it would seem and things turn weird fast. It's like Se7ven.

Basically about an american psycho named Patrick Bateman, hes got a top notch job, hes handsome and intelligent, but hes also insane. And constantly the novel is in the realm of black comedy and even though its extremely shocking at times, its also incredibly funny.

Theres a film out also, with Christian Bale in it. Also a great funny film. And last would be Four past midnight by Steven King. Its a bunch of short thriller/horror stories, all of which are chilling. One of them which is my fav, is called Secret Window (or it can be called Secret Window: Secret Garden) is about a man named Mort(Morton) Rainey would is a successful novel writer. Hes just come out a serious relationship and moves to the lakeside away from everybody while the divorce settles. Soon enough he is accused by a tall brooding man named John Shooter, of plagiarism.
